Parent Teacher Conferences Parent-Teacher Conferences are coming up. Conferences will take place IN PERSON on Thursday, March 19 from 4:30–8:00 p.m. and ONLINE on Friday, March 20 from 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.. Parents will be able to book their conference times through their MyCBE account, which will open for scheduling on Thursday, March 12 at 9:00 a.m.. We encourage families to log in early to select a time that works best for them. Conference manager closes at 12:00am (Midnight) on Thursday, March 19th. Report Cards Families will be able to view, download, and print online report cards starting on February 24 through MyCBE. Report Cards will be visible in PowerSchool through May 29th, 2026. After this date, Semester 1 Report Cards will no longer be available for viewing, downloading or printing. Parents and Guardians can sign in to MyCBE to view student information, including report cards, comments from your child’s teacher, assignments and grades, and attendance information. For the best access to information, log in through the MyCBE portal instead of using the PowerSchool App. Pysanky Craft Night You are invited to a free parent craft night at Wilma Hansen, March 18th at 6:45pm. School Parking lot is off limits
Please do not enter, stop, or park in the parking lot during the school day.
Given that there are no parking stalls available for public use and given that dropping off students in the parking lot is prohibited (and extremely unsafe), there is no reason for any parent/guests to be driving in the school parking lot, before, during and after school.
Bus zones, Handicap Parking zones and the school parking lot should not be used at anytime for dropping off or picking up students. This is in accordance with CBE policy to ensure the safety of all students.
If you are parking on the other side of the street, please insist that your children use the crosswalks, and not jay walk. Parents and students jaywalking between buses is extremely problematic, and we ask that parents/students obey the law and not jaywalk. Pedestrians should cross the street at corners and crosswalks only.
School Bus Zone
We would like to remind all parents that the bus loading/unloading zone in front of our school is designated for our school buses only. The bus drivers must be able to bring their bus close to the curb in order to safely drop-off and pick-up our students. This becomes very difficult and unsafe when there are parent vehicles parked in this area. We ask that if you must leave your vehicle parked for a short time, to use the parking areas across the street. We have 7 busses this year, and they require all the space in the bus zone…right up to the crosswalk! Thank you for your help in keeping our bus zone a safe area.
Wilma Hansen’s Purdy’s Fundraiser

Our school is excited to launch our Purdy’s Chocolates Fundraiser! This is a delicious way to support our school while stocking up on high-quality chocolates and treats. Orders will be accepted until March 18th, and all items will be available for pick up on April 1st. Proceeds from this fundraiser will go directly toward supporting school programs and student activities. We truly appreciate your continued support and encourage families to share this fundraiser with friends and relatives. Thank you for helping make this a sweet success!
